Studio Online
After Paystack confirms successful payment, Studio Online access is linked to the customer account. Sign in and open the Studio workspace in a supported browser.
Studio Desktop
After successful payment verification, eligible customers receive desktop application download access and installation instructions through their account. Local-video features require a compatible computer and the installed Touchline Studio application.
Touchline Studio+
After successful payment verification, the account receives desktop download access plus entitlement to the Studio+ Coding Platform and Report Generator.
Timing and delivery problems
Access is normally enabled after payment verification. Payment review, connectivity or account-matching issues can delay activation. If purchased access is not visible, contact support with the account email and transaction reference; never send full card details.
Compatibility and footage
Customers are responsible for a compatible device, internet connection and lawful access to footage. Desktop local-video workflows keep the selected source footage on the customer’s computer, while account-linked analysis data may be stored by the service.
Updates
Application updates and service improvements are delivered digitally. Material system requirements will be communicated on the download or account page. Effective 17 August 2026.
