SCOPE FOOTBALL INTELLIGENCE
PRIVACY POLICY

Your analysis belongs in a private workspace.

This policy explains how Scope Football Intelligence handles personal information when you use Touchline Studio and related digital services.

Who is responsible

Scope Analytics, a South African sole proprietor operating remotely from Johannesburg, Gauteng, operates Scope Football Intelligence and Touchline Studio and is responsible for personal information processed through the service. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to scopeza.analytics@gmail.com, made by telephone at 072 524 6737, or submitted through our customer support page.

Information we process

  • Account details such as name, email address and authentication records.
  • Subscription status, transaction references and limited billing records received from Paystack. We do not store full card details.
  • Workspace content, clips, folders, reports, drawings and files you choose to upload or connect.
  • Support messages and technical information needed to secure, maintain and improve the service.

Why we use it

We process information to create and secure accounts, provide purchased features, verify payment and entitlement, store workspaces, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Where consent is required, it may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Sharing and international processing

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate Touchline Studio, including hosting, storage, authentication and payment providers, or where required by law. Paystack processes payment information under its own privacy terms. Appropriate contractual and security safeguards are used where information is processed outside South Africa.

Retention and security

We retain account and workspace information while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward where needed for recovery, disputes, fraud prevention, tax, accounting or legal obligations. We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to certain processing, or raise a complaint. We may need to verify identity before completing a request. South African users may also contact the Information Regulator.

Updates

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Effective 17 August 2026.
