The service and operator
Scope Analytics is a South African sole proprietor operating remotely from Johannesburg, Gauteng. It operates Scope Football Intelligence and Touchline Studio. Touchline Studio is football video-analysis software whose features vary by plan and may include browser analysis, desktop local-video workflows, match coding and report generation.
Accounts and permitted use
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and use footage and content only where you have the necessary rights. You may not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, resell account access, or use the service unlawfully.
Subscriptions and recurring charges
Paid plans are billed monthly in South African rand through Paystack and renew automatically until cancelled. The plan, price and included features are displayed before checkout. To stop future charges, cancel through your account or contact support before the next billing date. Cancelling does not automatically refund a completed billing period.
Your content
You retain ownership of footage, clips and analysis content you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, display and export that content solely to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for backups of material you cannot afford to lose.
Our software and branding
Touchline Studio software, interface, documentation and Scope branding remain the property of their respective owner. Your subscription provides a limited, non-transferable right to use the service while entitled; it does not transfer ownership.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but maintenance, connectivity, third-party services and technical incidents may cause interruptions. We may improve or replace features while preserving the essential value of the purchased plan.
Responsibility
Analysis output supports professional judgement and does not guarantee sporting, recruitment or commercial outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct loss reasonably connected to the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
